A message dated July 16, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 210(FIN) am                                                                                         
      "An Act relating to crisis intervention training for school                                                               
      personnel; and relating to restraint and seclusion of students in
